Our client is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to drive business growth in Ontario. Our client is a fast-growing company providing innovative solutions to the Canadian agricultural market. The Territory Sales Manager would be working with dealers to promote and sell a portfolio of products in the crop protection, fertilizer and fertilizer enhancement segments.
This is a remote position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support sales of products to existing retail customers
- Develop relationships with fertilizer and crop input dealers
- Educate customers on the technical aspects and proper use of products
- Support new customers with on-site trials
- Communicate customer needs and requests back to technical and commercial organization
- Identify new business opportunities
- Communicate price quotes
- Attend customer events and trade shows
DESIRED PROFILE:
- A background or Bachelors degree in an Agriculture related field
- Experience calling on Agriculture retail locations preferred
- Drivers license required
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills, good listening, and ability to engage customers
- Good organization, time management, and reliability
- Ability to quickly learn about new products and technologies
- Integrity
