Our client, a national agricultural artistic company, is searching for a Content Creator and Operations Lead to join their team in Northeast, MO. This company has worked with clients that range from Grammy winning artists to NFL teams. This unique and multifaceted role involves working closely alongside the owner, taking the lead in the operations of on-site crop projects across North America as well as creating content to enhance the brand’s visual storytelling and online presence. The Content Creator and Operations Lead will have a deep understanding of agricultural marketing, agronomy, project management as well as playing a crucial role in maintaining a seamless workflow, achieving production targets, fostering strong client relationships, and adhering to the family business process.

Drone pilot experience is required.

This position requires approximately 14 weeks of travel during the summer months.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee execution of on-site crop projects during the summer season.
  • Precision drone operation: expertly pilot commercial drones to safely capture intricate crop art creations, showcasing mastery of aerial skills.
  • Effectively engage and interact with clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience that strengthens long-lasting relationships.
  • Efficiently operating and maintaining agricultural machinery and heavy equipment.
  • Creative content crafting to develop compelling content, including time-lapse and promotional videos.
  • Oversee social media efforts to elevate the brand’s digital footprint.
  • Represent the company at tradeshows.

 

DESIRED PROFILE:

  • Agricultural background with hands-on experience working in a farm environment, demonstrating a profound understanding of agricultural practices and operations.
  • Practical experience in operating agricultural equipment, showcasing proficiency in farm-related tasks.
  • Hold a drone pilot license or willingness to obtain one.
  • Ability to contribute creative and tangible value to the business team, bringing innovative ideas to enhance projects and initiatives.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in video editing and creating.
  • Truck proficiency, confident driving an oversize truck while pulling a loaded gooseneck trailer.
  • Ability to travel for approximately 14 weeks annually during the summer months.
