Position Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in a full-time role that involves all aspects of sales, marketing, customer relations, and regulatory compliance. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with farmers and suppliers to shape our future in the seed sector.

Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Relations

• Managing customer orders and inventories
• Maintaining regular customer touch points (calls, emails, farm visits)
• Organizing customer meetings and events

Marketing & Advertising

• Managing website, print ads, and social media
• Organizing regular email communications with customers

Quality Management

• Ensuring compliance with quality assurance program
• Grading and sampling of processed seed
• Detailed record keeping and reporting

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensuring compliance with AWSA, VUA, & MTW programs
• Reporting of sales & inventories

Qualifications & Skills
Required

• Previous work experience or formal education in agriculture with a strong understanding of modern farm operations
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Effective communication and relationship building skills

Preferred

• Experience in agricultural retail sales, inventory management, or marketing
• Formal education or experience in agronomy or seed certification
• Creative mindset for developing marketing strategies

What We Offer

• A salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 for qualified applicants
