Description


Corteva Agriscience has an exciting opportunity for a Support Agent.

Members of the Corteva Digital Ag Support team provide proprietary software support to internal and external employees, sales professionals and customers that use the Corteva sales enablement tools. (Examples of these applications are Corteva Fields, Corteva Flight, Pioneer Seeds, Sync Pro and Field360 Studio) Support agents utilize troubleshooting skills to identify and report defects, document and track feature requests and provide step-by-step training to end users.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to calls, voicemails and emails, emphasizing first call resolution and ensuring that the user's issues are completely understood and addressed
  • Document cases/tickets thoroughly to help get necessary information to the individuals or teams that need it as soon as possible to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Communicate across teams to share ideas, solutions and feedback, focusing on opportunities to improve processes and collaboration
  • Demonstrate willingness to take on additional responsibilities and lead the team in working with specific teams or on particular products

Qualifications


Qualifications and Skills
  • Customer Support Experience
  • Customer Support, Retail, Sales or Training Experience
  • Ticketing and Phone Experience
  • Technical Experience
IT, Technical Support or Software Support Experience
  • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Skills (Ability to systematically rule out potential issues without predefined processes or documentation)
  • Database Experience (AWS, SQL Server, etc)
Technical Specifics
  • Extensive experience with Windows machines, Android and iOS mobile devices, Google Chrome, Office 365, etc
  • Screen sharing /remote meeting software experience (Microsoft Teams, LogMeIn, Zoom, etc)
  • Ticketing or CRM software experience (SalesForce, ServiceNow, ZenDesk, etc)
Strong Candidates will also have:
  • Precision Ag software experience (AgLeader SMS, John Deere Operation Center, ArcGIS, etc)
  • Agriculture Hardware Experience (John Deere, Precision, AgLeader, Case iH Monitors, etc)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience
