We arelooking to fill SC Coordinator position based in our Office in Warsaw, Poland office.  The role is the primary link to ensure thatthe local supply chain team delivers Cortevas seed business for the Polishmarket. The resource will be the primary contact point for local operations,connecting the supply chain, customer service, and the commercial teams.

 

Responsibilities

          Ensure alignment of local supply chain processes to commercial structureand goals;

          Track and monitor product allocation and availability in-season;

          Provide regular updates to sales on material quality, quantity, andavailability;

          Coordinate with logistics and customer service on delivery availability;

          Create delivery notes and STO for interplant, domestic and internationaldeliveries;

          Coordinate with 3PLs to schedule and order deliveries from approvedsuppliers;

          Coordinate all import & export customs clearance (DAKOSY);

          Coordinate all import & export for shipments from / to non-EUcountries;

          Coordinate returns & return management with relevant stakeholders;

          Control SOX related tasks reconciliation and controls as needed (opengoods issues / open goods receipt / not yet picked);

          Coordinate with supply chain and customer service on delivery andlogistics related activities;

          Maintain accurate systems data and process execution relating to theabove activities;

Qualifications


Competencies

          Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to deliver to the customer;

          Ability to work as part of a team and to collaborate to meet goals;

          Ability to meet multiple, continuous deadlines during sales season;

          Attention to detail.

 

Experience

          At least seven years experience in supply chain, customer service, ordistribution planning;

          Experience in Excel & SAP;

          English communication skills required;

 

Education

        Tertiary education (Bachelors) or equivalent specific training;
