HRSC Representative is a key role in the People Team Operation model. He/She is responsile for two main activities:
One one hand, HRSC Representative processes requests from employees and managers, regarding lifecycle events, such as hirings, terminations, promotions, salary changes, one-time payments and absences, among others. HRSC Representative also interacts with employees, managers and other stakeholders through chat and telephone, resolving doubts and redirecting queries.
Responsibilities:
- Processing requests from employees and managers on life-cycle events (hirings, terminations, promotions, salary changes, one-time payments and absences).
- Documentation creation and distribution.
- Customer interaction through chat and telephone related to life-cycle management events.
Requirements:
- Fluent english, portuguese and spanish.
- Customer interaction habilities.
