Interface with R&D, Strategic Marketing and Field Agronomy
Manages technical service function from -2 years before launching on.
Support Life cycle management
Responsible for setting and meeting specific departmental objectives and goals (~20 third parties).
May provide technical support to the customer in the development and application of products, processing techniques, and resolution of problems.
Provide support related to anticipating and assessing the impact on product properties and processing due to performance changes to manufacturing processes, raw materials or product composition.
Monitor and evaluate project progress and results to determine improvements needed to meet ultimate objectives.
Consult with business on commercial programs to ensure adequate technical support.
Requirements:
Located on Goiania/GO; Cuiaba/MT
Degree in Agronomy. (SL 9/10)
Solid experience of team management.
Strong and broad technical background related to Crop Protection product development.
Ability to manage projects, strategic and complex issues, and relationships with stakeholders.
Strong understanding of the market and customer needs.
