The CRM Specialist works in Country to support CRM-system to administer, maximize, and enhance Salesforce.com - SFDC (or other on-demand CRM systems) within the organization
Act as key support in the creation and pre-deployment testing of workflow customization, report development and training documentation to support CRM Adoption, best practice, data management and reporting.
Support in the planning, reviewing and customizing the CRM application as needed to meet needs of the users.
Coordination of the roll-out of prioritized CRM initiatives / projects to end users, training users on CRM applications, and providing ongoing support to CRM users
Supporting Marketing department on elaboration Customer Journey Mapping analyzing touch points with the organization and maximizing commercial opportunities.
Knowledgeable on digital trends within region/CU/country
Executes CRM part of digital strategy:
Knowledgeable on Marketing Automation and Messaging capabilities to execute strategy and manage execution (Campaigns, Lead Management, Messaging)
Knowledgeable on CRM capabilities to execute strategy and manage execution.
Knowledgeable on Privacy policies to execute strategy and manage execution.
Maintain data to allow for 360-degree view of customer
Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
Driving direct communications with customers through the CRM.
Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
Assist in the definition, documentation, and implementation of CRM-related policies and procedures
- Bachelot studies with an IT or Marketing background
- some years of experience
