Operations Manager

Corder Farms, located in the Fall River Valley in Northeastern California, is on the hunt for highly skilled, responsible and experienced Operations Managers to help lead our team.  Will be responsible to manage the overall daily operations of a farm operation that produces over 30,000 tons of hay per year, 8 million tons of seed garlic, as well as wild rice. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Spanish/English bilingual required
•  Enjoy leading and creating a positive team enviroment
• Direct and supervise team of 25-50 people
• Experience troubleshooting a wide variety of farming equipment and communicate with on-staff service department
• Comfortable with using and teaching others to use modern agriculture technology and software
• Professional communication skills to interface with landlords, customers, and team members.
