Position Overview: This position develops and executes integrated communication plans and tactics that support the organization"s business strategy. Works with subject matter experts in all areas of ProPartners and collaborates to identify key objectives and initiatives to inform and engage target audiences within and outside of the organization.

This individual will be responsible for all marketing and communication efforts for the organization.
* Develops integrated communications plans for internal and external audiences and supports them through implementation. Primary tasks include conducting research, identifying goals and objectives, developing key messages, outlining strategy and tactics and setting evaluation methods. * Leads collaboration committee and cross-functional meetings to identify communication needs and opportunities, and solidify key messages, tactics and timelines. * Serves as a project manager to ensure communication initiatives are completed on time and as planned. * Executes communication tactics including developing talking points, writing and recording content, newsletters, presentations, and speeches. Coordinates meetings, events and webinars related to specific communication initiatives (internal announcements, team updates, etc.). * Monitors initiatives and evaluates for efficacy. Provides reports and updates to key stakeholders, including team leaders and Executive Leadership team. * Provides clear communications on complex issues and topics. * Actively pursues new and innovative ways to communicate with various audiences, including written materials, training internal and external clients and onboarding. * Promotes ag advocacy through telling client success stories. * Manages communication content of the intranet, collaborating with internal teams to address all communication needs. * Collaborates with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify communication needs, target audiences, objectives and messaging. * Partners with marketing peers to maximize results, utilizing in-house expertise to further communication efforts. * Establishes and works to strengthen internal and external relationships to help further the communication objectives. * Works with agencies as needed to obtain insights and accomplish communication objectives.
Minimum Qualifications & Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Bachelor"s degree in communications, journalism, English, marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job. * 5+ years of communications, advertising, graphic design, marketing or other applicable experience. Experience in agriculture or finance industry preferred. * Thorough knowledge of communication strategy and planning. Interest in emerging communication trends and techniques. * Strong written and verbal communications skills, including writing, editing and proofreading. * Strong presentation skills for one-one-one or group presentations, with the ability to translate technical information into non-technical terms. * Ability to adhere to communication guidelines and best practices. * Experience with digital communication, including photography, video production and social media. * Ability to handle multiple projects at once and consistently meet deadlines. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within all levels of the organization. * Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external partners. * Ability to work independently, self-starter, highly creative. * Advanced skills in using Microsoft technologies including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite. * Organizational, analytical and decision-making skills. * Ability to adapt writing copy to various audiences, purposes or media.
