Position Overview:
This position is responsible for surfacing critical insights to the executive leadership team while proposing and implementing initiatives that enhance client experience (CX) for clients and team members. Acts as a conduit between the CX organization and business teams within Compeer. Works closely with the VP of Client Experience and Digital Strategy to socialize Compeer"s strategic CX imperatives and collaborates with various business areas to align CX initiatives with overall organizational objectives.

Essential Functions:

* Leads the documentation, mapping, design, and maintenance of the Client 360 Ecosystem on a continuous evolution basis, which compliments the Enterprise Information Management Program. The Client 360 Ecosystem includes the Insights Library which houses shared content from Targeted Research as well as Syndicated and Secondary sources.
* Creates, manages, and deploys Client 360 Fluency program for Compeer through the LDC program development and management as sister program to Data Fluency program. Assists the organization with understanding the connection points across experience and operation data objects.
* Administers the identification of X data objects and ownership.
* Creates, manages, and drives awareness and usage of Insights Library in Confluence that houses key research presentations and syndicated/secondary publications. Assists the organization in understanding how to search and find data and insights related to specific topics, work with others in the organization (notably Ag Education from Magnet team) to streamline syndicated/secondary resources to increase efficiency and avoid duplication.
* Partners with Compeer"s data and analytics teams to build/design dashboards and reporting tools that integrate CX data to answer key business questions, identify opportunities, and diagnose issues. Help teams identify next steps or need for further research.
* Explores and scopes new KPIs and metrics for measuring CX and provides thought leadership on tools, technologies, and processes. Conducts exploratory conversations with vendors to discover, evaluate, and bring forward opportunities to Compeer. Focuses on continuous improvement and evolution of Client 360 Ecosystem.
* Provides an escalation path for CX research if issues arise. Keeps the Research Governance Council updated on CX research initiatives and needs. Complies with all data privacy and other policy requirements.
* Provides consultation and guidance across various business teams in regards to CX research to help define key business questions, identify research vendor and approach, and prioritization of new ideas and features that will improve Compeer"s CX activities.
* Partners with business leaders to coordinate, identify, and influence the type of research and vendors needed and key questions to answer. Accountable for research quality and definitions across source systems and analytics environments, establishing a consolidated understanding of use of the research data and aligning with data warehouse to enterprise standards.
* Manages vendor relationships to ensure on-time, efficient and effective projects.
* Coordinates all vendor management tasks inclusive of enterprise-wide needs for due diligence, risk assessment and continuing vendor monitoring.
* Coordinates vendor selection and methods to approve vendors.
* Partners and consults with management and stakeholders on project requests to determine scope, goals, time frame, costs and allocation of resources.

Minimum Qualifications & Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* Bachelor"s degree in business administration or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in metrics, analytics, CX or market research or equivalent.
* Strong experience in analytics and insights.
* Has a passion for creating exceptional client experiences.
* Analytical mindset and experience using data to drive decisions and insights.
* Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects.
* Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to broadly influence.
* Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, and the ability to craft stories and presentations for an executive audience.
* Effective interpersonal, communication, client service, and team skills.
* Computer skills: Excel fluency, other MS Office applications (Word, Access, Outlook, etc.) familiarity and comfort with related applications (PowerBI, Qualtrics, SalesForce, etc.)
* Strong problem solving, decision making and organizational skills.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
* Ability to remain objective in balancing business needs and risk.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other teams to achieve goals and represent the business.
* Valid driver"s license.
