We specialize in packaging for Primary Industry, Primarily, FIBC, WPP, BOPP, Onion Nets, Hessian, and Jute. Due to expansion, we are currently seeking an intelligent and enthusiastic Account Manager to join their team and help grow the business. 

This role can be based in Canberra/Sydney or Country NSW or anywhere within the territory for the right applicant.

Your new role 

• To proactively follow up on market opportunities
• Respond to inquiries
• To liaise with both clients and customers and maintain strong relationships with them
• Drive new business opportunities through active hunting
• To manage the entire sales pipeline for your customer base
• Be responsible for a geographical area and become an 'expert' in this area.
• Build a strong and accurate pipeline
• Manage and expand a strong existing customer base
• +60% of time on road

What you'll need to succeed 

• Experience in Account Management and business development
• Passion & Drive for success
• Experience in the Agribusiness sector will be advantageous
• Self-motivation
• Confident in relationship building
• Team Player
• Organized and well planned
• Ability to work autonomously
• Strong commercial reasoning
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
