Summary

CHS is seeking a Coordinator, Operations Expert to support production, purchasing, quality, and accounting functions. This role ensures supply chain and production requirements are met in a timely manner to fulfill customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily production schedule progress, log results in spreadsheets and ERP/SAP systems, and create work orders and shipping forms.
  • Review product receipts against ERP/SAP and JD Edwards data for accuracy; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor demand for specialty items via MRP; evaluate recommendations and place orders; interact with vendors.
  • Schedule transportation for incoming/outgoing products; prepare pick slips and related documents.
  • Compile and verify timecards; submit payroll spreadsheet to Payroll department.


Minimum Qualifications (required)

  • 3+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations


Additional Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and use ERP/SAP systems
  • High School diploma or GED preferred

Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
