The Global Inclusion and Diversity (GID) Program Lead is responsible for supporting the broader GID team to ensure consistency of program designs, integration across the broader GID portfolio, and consistent support and interaction with Enterprise/Function business partners. They will monitor the implementation of tools, accuracy of data, consistency of reporting and leverage broad operational knowledge to ensure effectiveness of communication. The Program Lead will also assist in the implementation process of GID programs which includes gaining support and delivering direction to key internal partners. Long-term sustainability of our I&D efforts will be dependent on the Program Lead's ability to help integrate I&D into key priorities and communication channels. The Program Lead will also provide ongoing monitoring, measuring and reporting of GID's and Cargill's progress towards priorities and identify content to help build our Inclusion & Diversity internal and external brand.
50% Design and improve team operations to be more effective with consulting and driving change with key partners.
- Improve the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced reporting; looking for opportunities elevate initiatives. - Contribute operations information and recommendations to GID strategies, review and consult on team member action plans, assist in resolving problems, complete audits and identify trends. - Ensures consistency in the branding of GID toolkits, transition documents and projects plan to promote efforts. - Collaborates with key partners on GID program tasks based on core responsibilities, resources, skill sets and connections. - Works alongside of HR partners to ensure the effectiveness of operations and inventory systems focused on storing, handling and updating GID tools, resources and procedures. - Track program or project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of milestones and long-term goals. - Handless GID portfolio to ensure effective tracking of resources, monitoring of budgets and alignment of communications resources - Monitors budgetary objectives and adjust event, program or project constraints based on financial analysis. - Maintains relationships with GID vendors including contracts, pricing, and service levels. - Closely collaborate closely with team to set and/or implement practices, procedures and systems to follow through on GID commitments.
25% Build and maintain GID communication tools and timeline.
- Crafts documents that will share GID updates and product awareness to promote cooperative relationships between the team and our key partners. - Assist in drafting important key messages for presentations and the GID website. - Review BRG newsletters and communications to ensure accurate messages. - Partner with Corporate Affairs to establish internal and external communication opportunities including promotional opportunities with NGOs. - Maintains information on GID and other Corporate websites that include Inclusion & Diversity related topics.
25% Develop methods to monitor efforts and measure progress.
- Produce and maintain the Health Inclusion Index by business, function and region to help monitor focus areas like diversity gaps, build equitable structure and monitor retention. - Help collect data to fill out external surveys and reports like DiversityInc, P4P, HRC and Together We Grow. - Consult on surveys or focus groups, impacting BRGs. Help identify the appropriate audience and to analyze the data. - Monitors external recognition opportunities with awards programs such like Catalyst, HRC, etc and provides recommendations on where we should pursue.

Minimum Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, human resources, or related field - Experience in gathering, organizing, and analyzing employee data or similar and creating reports/communication of said data. - Demonstrated effectiveness in developing project plans. - Proven organizational skills, work ethic, initiative, sense of urgency and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated effectiveness in creating communication templates and website messaging - Great teammate with flexibility to accommodate different personalities and work styles as well as confidence to manage interactions and expectations at all levels of the organization. - Excellent influencer, connector and facilitator within a matrixed environment; demonstrated track record of influencing at senior executive levels - The ability to make complex subjects understandable through written communication. - Ability to stand alone/challenge status quo, as well as engage in candid discussion/debate - A diverse set of experiences and skills that enable out of the box thinking and solutions <
