GID Business Consultant will play a key role in delivering the organization's commitment to diversity and inclusion. This person will work alongside of business leaders to support the design of enterprise-wide diversity plans that align to the global inclusion and diversity strategy. They will monitor and update organizational policies / guidelines to ensure they are aligned with the global inclusion & diversity mission. The leader in this role will ensure our internal partners in Learning & Development, Corporate Affairs and other key groups build inclusive language and practices into their day to day deliverables.
70% Partner with leaders across the organization to create enterprise/functional inclusion & diversity strategies.
- Proven track record of project management and ability to support programs that support the organization's workforce diversity, inclusiveness, and retention opportunities - Demonstrate analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into a sustainable strategy. - Build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally. - Serve as subject matter expert and liaison to HRBPs and the business to develop strategic action to attract/develop/retain diverse talent by analyzing and presenting talent demographics, monitoring data trends and developing diversity initiatives. - Benchmark and research analysis, including monitoring and reporting on diversity and inclusion topics. - Consult on fresh, relevant, modern enterprise diversity and inclusion educational programs leveraging technology to create a workplace that optimizes differences for innovation in the consumer and business organizations and fosters a pipeline of diverse talent. - Influence, educate, lead and build D&I capability in key stakeholders including the human resources, communications, marketing, public policy and other groups/members in operationalizing diversity and inclusion initiatives for enterprise wide implementation. - Conduct benchmarking and research to identify best-in-class approaches to diversity and inclusion initiatives and identify potential new programs and vendor partners. - Monitors internal policies and ensures relevant updates are made to align with the global vision of inclusion while engaging and influencing business leaders on practices that impact their enterprise/function. - Design global implementation plans for leading cultural competency programs for maximum impact - Deliver inclusion and diversity content in a variety of forums to audiences that include frontline employees and global business leaders.
30% Consult with Global Learning to create and design effective inclusion training programs.
- Consult and recommend agile learning solutions, design, development, and implementation of I&D programs, for different employee populations, to ensure we are building a diverse inclusive and inspiring workplace with new ways of working. - Focus on instructional design knowledge on themes including: Unconscious Bias, Imposter Syndrome, Purposeful Collaboration and Allyship. - Collaborate to recommend, design, develop, evaluation, and maintenance of creative learning solutions that include, but are not limited to, eLearning, video, mobile, activities, assessments, job aids, classroom experiences, and blended learning experiences. - Partner with team to effectively select and apply alternative training mediums methods (self-study, online, classroom training blended) to improve skill development and to accommodate distance learning, learning style, and cultural differences - Assist in the design and develop graphics, illustrations and other visuals to represent diverse and inclusive images and content.

Minimum Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum 7 years of prior learning and/or related human resource experience. - English spoken required (writing, speaking and understanding) - Proven, progressive experience and demonstrated effectiveness leading diversity and inclusion related initiatives. - Ability to build relationships and interface effectively with all levels of the organization - Keen verbal and written communication skills with experience in facilitation/presentation - Proven operational, communication, interpersonal and presentation experience, being a great teammate, manage multiple projects and possess knowledge of diversity metrics and analytics. - Excellent influencer, connector and facilitator within a matrixed environment; demonstrated track record of influencing at senior executive levels. - The ability to translate inclusion and diversity jargon to business concepts. - Ability to stand alone/challenge status quo, as well as engage in candid discussion/debate - A diverse set of experiences and skills that enable out of the box thinking and solutions - Ability to prioritize as needed. - Ability to manage ad hoc projects. - Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. - History of modeling and
