Principal Accountabilities

Must be capable of documenting all assigned and unassigned work.
Must be able to complete all Cargill's qualified safety training courses
Must display a positive attitude and a good work ethic
Must be able to take direction and perform routine tasks under the guidance of a mentor
Must be able to follow direction from supervisors and managers and when applicable be able to provide recommended solutions.
Recommend measures to improve efficiency and troubleshooting of equipment
Adhere to all company and plant policies

Required Qualifications

Legal to work in the US
18 yrs old or older

Preferred Qualifications

High school trade school or equivalent focusing on HVAC / Refrigeration.
Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic blueprints, drawings and documentation.
