Job Type: Full Time Shift(s) Available: 1st, 2nd and 3rd
Principal Accountabilities
Operating equipment including Packaging Machines, Palletizers, Forklifts, pallet jack, stretchwrapers, front end loaders, etc.
Perform quality review on product
Perform general housekeeping tasks - sweeping, scraping, shoveling, wiping, etc.
Changing Stretch wrap and Top Sheets
Operate programs such as SAP, MII, FourKites, RtDuet. to tag downtime events and enter production numbers
Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility
Able to perform physical job duties such as bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation
Able to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Experience using a computer
Able to operate machinery and/or industrial equipment
Able to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
Able to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice.
Preferred Qualifications
High School diploma or Equivalent job experience
Prior experience in production-related work or military experience
Experience operating a forklift and/or warehousing experience
Experience with SAP and/or warehouse inventory management systems able to operate heavy equipment, such as bulldozer and front-end loader
