Job Purpose and Impact

The SAP Process Order Lead - 2nd shift will work across all departments with all transactions performed within the SAP system. In this role, you will complete administrative tasks to ensure that product movement is accurate and efficient.

Key Accountabilities

  • Verify that all transactions movements are done correctly in the system.
  • Prepare bills of lading and maintain documentation of goods shipped or received.
  • Provide assistance to management personnel to plan proper allotment of resources needed to meet work requirements.
  • Prepare order changes, investigate and report reasons for discrepancies, verify clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjust errors in computation or count.
  • Collaborate closely with different departments to ensure processes are completed in the system.
  • Safely operate mobile equipment per company policy.
  • Identify discrepancies and inaccuracies that pertain to processes and documentations.
  • Handle administrative, technical or support issues under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Perform cycle counts on different materials.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent.
  • Basic computer operation skills for data entry and analysis.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • SAP experience


Position Information

  • Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
  • This position is located in North Kingstown, Rhode Island
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday | 5 pm - 1:30 AM
