Principal Accountabilities
Direct responsibility for operating and troubleshooting refining, bleaching, hydrogenation, deodorizer, utilities, wastewater plant processes, and the equipment that supports all the operation
Operate mobile equipment such as the forklift, bobcats, etc.
Understand and use computerized control systems and programs to follow all the process
Performing verification and validation tasks associated with on-line instruments and control systems
Troubleshooting and maintenance of process equipment and instrumentation
Make quality analysis according to the supervisor's instructions and understand the quality results delivered to adjust the processes according to the procedures
Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to understand and communicate in English(verbal/written)
Basic computer skills
Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
Preferred Qualifications
High School diploma or Equivalent
Able to operate machinery or industrial equipment, such as the forklift, bobcats, etc.
Experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Prior experience in production related work
