Principal Accountabilities
Work with operations group on production schedules
Daily tooling setup for production needs
Inspection of Grinder pins, bushing and plates, replace as needed
Operate 80 ton hydraulic press
Stone Mold plates and Breather plates daily
Straighten Mold plates on a hydraulic press
Bow breather plates on a hydraulic press
Operate plate grinder to sharpen grind plate
Assess condition of tooling for wear and damage
Order tooling or send out for repairs as needed
Maintain tooling inventory levels
Utilize MRO system
Cleanliness and housekeeping
Ensuring food safety and quality
Work with minimal supervision
Work Overtime as needed
Documenting daily work assigned on paper and in maintenance management system
Utilize parts in inventory to repair equipment and follow procedures for documenting usage
Identify problems and make suggestions to improve operational processes
Operate PIT (Powered Industrial Truck)
Required Qualifications
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Must have knowledge of hand and power tools
Have state issued operator driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
Previous industrial maintenance experience
Two year degree that relates to the maintenance field
Experience using a powered industrial truck (PIT)
Previous Cargill experience
Work history in the last 12 months
