This position is in Cargill's agricultural supply chain business. We sit at the heart of the supply chain, partnering with farmers and customers to source, make and deliver essential products.

Job Purpose and Impact

The Associate Engineer I will help optimize and operate the facility's operational systems. In this role you will develop and apply engineering and management standards and procedures, providing support and execution to daily and project tasks. We seek a professional who will collaborate with senior professionals to achieve results that meet or exceed business goals.

Key Accountabilities

Follow prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve problems.
Continue to build knowledge of the organization, processes and customers.
Contribute to designing and improving manufacturing processes, instruments and equipment, testing manufactured products to maintain quality.
Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
