The flexibility of the online format allows busy adult students the opportunity to continue working full-time while attending online classes. To maximize the flexibility for working adults, each class is eight weeks in length. UMO is transfer-friendly and accepts transfer credits from two- and four-year institutions. Experiential learning credits may also be available to those who have an occupational background that closely parallels the experiences and objectives required in the coursework.
