Job Description: Bunge's Danville, IL location is filling multiple openings in our Packing & Loading Department. Loader/Unloader is responsible for the safe operation of the packing and loading department. The role will work 12-hour shifts under a 2, 2, 3 pattern on D crew that starts at 5:00 PM and ends at 5:00 AM.

Pay starting at $25.17 per hour. Plus a 60 cent per hour shift differential on second shift.

Job description:

Load and unload bulk and bag products with a focus on safety, quality and production. Work in a team atmosphere to ensure orders are shipped to customers.

Job duties:

Load and unload cars and trucks with designated products.
Clean and prepare cars for loading and unloading of Corn Operations products.
Keep inventory of bags being loaded and keep accurate records.
Maintain a clean and safe working area.
Inspect product for quality and report any irregularities.
Perform minor repair work as required for efficient loading operations.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Skills/requirements:

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
Knowledge of basic math.
Oral and written communication skills.
Understanding the operations of the packing and loading department.
Be able to work effectively with others in a team environment.
