Responsible for soybean processing operations at the Delphos, OH facility, such as shipping, receiving, drying, and storage of beans, and operating equipment to load trucks and rail cars with soybean meal.
Position Details:
Starting pay is $25.70 per hour, with an additional $1 per hour night shift premium
This positions operates on a 12-hour night shift (5:00 pm-5:00 am), following a 2-2-3 schedule. Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays.

What You'll Be Doing: • Move rail cars following all safety procedures • Operate meal grinding equipment • Load and unload trucks and rail cars with soybean meal • Load outbound oil trucks • Monitor computers and make process adjustments as necessary • Process paperwork per department procedures • Communication process and equipment deficiencies with other operators, maintenance personnel, and supervisors • Perform cleaning within the department as directed • Clean silos and bowls in the preparation for harvest • Work safety and assist coworkers as needed • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements: • Previous experience in an industrial environment preferred • Ability to follow policies and procedures • Basic computer and mechanical skills • Good communication skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Willing to work overtime and flexible hours • Good attendance
