The Labor/Utility is responsible for performing general laborer duties to maintain a clean plant area. Additionally, this role is responsible for demonstrating a commitment to supply safe food, maintain a food safety culture within the site, continually improve the site's food safety management system, and comply with customer and regulatory requirements.
Position Details:
Pay rate: $23.70 per hour
Rotating shift: 7a-7p | 7p-7a
Overtime, call-out availability, weekends/holidays, and rotating shift availability are required

What You'll Be Doing:
Shovel and sweep product to maintain clean plant area
Operate hand tools, forklift, bobcat, backhoe and other mobile equipment
Climb steps/ladders, work in high places and confined spaces
Work outdoors and in all types of weather
Work safely and communicate effectively
Must be willing to train to advance into different job classifications
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent, preferred
Prior experience in a plant or similar environment helpful
Strong work ethic, dependability, and a high level of dedication to safety
Work primarily in a non-climate-controlled environment
Ability to comprehend and follow instructions from Supervisor, verbally and in written form
