Provide electrical support services to plant operations, troubleshoot equipment, install new services, maintain safety of employees and facilities, communicate with vendors, keep accurate records, and participate in emergency callouts.
Position Details:
Work Schedule: This positions follow a 2-week rotating schedule:
Week 1: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Week 2: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
This schedule includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break each day
Hourly Wage: $52.89

What You'll Be Doing:
Perform all duties safely, display safety leadership, cultivate a zero incident safety culture, and comply with all government and corporate safety requirements.
Work with department managers, supervisors, contractors, and hourly employees
Maintain all electrical equipment, PLC, power distribution, and related services within areas of expertise.
Responsible for doing predictive and preventive maintenance checks as required by maintenance program.
Responsible for recording labour and materials used on complete work orders, contacting vendors, ordering supplies, and keeping accurate records.
Responsible for maintaining the working area in a safe, tidy condition.
Work with peers at other Bunge sites, safety resources, technical staff, and other support personnel.
Interact with service providers such as vendors, government regulators and inspectors, contractors, and consultants.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Graduate of a recognized electrical program with interprovincial journeyperson electrician ticket.
Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills and team orientation
Ability to interact with all levels of staff and management.
Ability to read electrical blueprints and update them as necessary.
Knowledge of application software including Word, Excel and Power Point
Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC software.
Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays as required
