Sales Manager – Bulk Almond Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our bulk almond sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the agricultural or food industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and food manufacturers, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for bulk almond sales.
• Identify and build relationships with potential buyers in the domestic and international markets.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales management, preferably in agriculture or food industry.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong network of industry contacts is a plus.
• Ability to travel for client meetings and trade shows.
