About your team

The team’s work is grounded in science, field performance and practical solutions for Canadian agriculture.
R&D and regulatory colleagues collaborate closely with product managers to plan and oversee field trials, generate the technical data needed for Canadian registrations and translate performance results into clear commercial direction. The group works with biologicals, biostimulants and traditional crop protection tools, ensuring they fit the unique production conditions across Canada.
Within this environment, the R&D, regulatory and product management group is highly connected and collaborative. Team members share ideas freely, problem-solve together and play a direct role in shaping the direction of new products and technologies.
