US Business Enablement Manager
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is located in St Louis, Missouri.
The primary responsibilities of this role, US Business Enablement Manager, are to:
Lead and collaborate with Crop Science Program Manager, Market Development, Breeding, Sales and Marketing to ensure processes are in place to optimize the launch, promotion and growth of new and existing end-use products;
Provide commercial leadership and collaboration with internal stakeholders on the development of new approaches that enable better, faster, or cheaper commercial launches of products, tailored solutions and New Business Models;
Support the Regional Marketing organization on insight and process improvement type Center of Excellence projects;
Lead and develop Bayer's Commodity and End use strategy for corn and soybean seed portfolios;
Establish relationships and enable open markets for Bayer products with grain processors/gins while assisting with stewardship and grain channeling needs associated with biotech traits;
Provide leadership and insight to Regional Marketing on commodity pricing and acre trends based on macro-economic conditions and processor feedback;
Utilize data and analytics to merge these trends with grower and agronomic data to drive additional insights;
Lead and advise Portfolio Managers on how these trends and insights will likely impact product portfolios;
Collaborate with Seed Portfolio, Tailored Solutions and Crop Protection Managers to determine cross-product opportunities to include in portfolio planning based on processor needs and feedback;
Develop and maintain knowledge of industry dynamics including competitive trait offerings, market approaches and disruptive tactics.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
At least 10 years of experience leading teams or projects in Agricultural Sales, Marketing, R&D or a technical role combined with row crops experience;
Results orientation with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously;
Ability to influence key stakeholders through challenges and opportunities;
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams without direct reporting relationships;
Excellent oral, written and communication skills to onboard, motivate and engage others.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master on Business Administration (MBA)
