Technical Agronomist III
This Channel Technical Agronomist role will cover the following counties in Stearns, Meeker, Wright, Mcleod, Carver, Sibley in MN. As a Channel brand Technical Agronomist, you will be the product and agronomic leader within your squad, supporting sales teams and farmers by providing expert guidance and solutions to enhance crop yields and farm profitability. You will collaborate with sales representatives to engage dealers and customers, conducting field plots for product testing and comparison. Your role involves assessing crop health, recommending pest and disease management strategies, and overseeing inquiries and claims related to product performance. You will provide technical support on product selection and application techniques, conduct training sessions, and develop customized crop management solutions tailored to local conditions. You will also promote digital tools for data analysis and insights, and communicate effectively through various channels to deliver timely information. You are jointly responsible with local sales, product management, agronomy, agronomic services, and marketing personnel to achieve or exceed established sales targets, utilizing your agronomic expertise to position the full Bayer portfolio for current and future business success.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $90,640.00 - 135,960.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Other benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. If selected for this role, the offer may vary based on market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
