Systems Specialist (Regulatory Science - Operations & Logistics) 

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The primary responsibilities of this role, Systems Specialist (Regulatory Science – Operations & Logistics), are to: 

 

  • Maintain organizational SharePoints or similar web-based collaborative platform while training and providing technical support on platforms for users and stakeholders;   
  • Responsible for Document Automation and helping with study report generation;
  • Create reports utilizing tools such as Spotfire and Tableau to help facilitate conversations pertaining to various IT systems;
  • Assist with implementing system enhancements across platforms;
  • Utilize multiple databases/systems to input data and create reports;
  • Work across all stakeholders to identify system enhancements and work with IT support to troubleshoot and resolve system issues;
  • Perform electronic system development & lifecycle activities:
  • Perform IT system related activities for Seeds and Traits personnel and facilitate discussions between business users and IT;
  • Identify business user’s needs and provide guidance on the available electronic systems to accomplish business goals;
  • Comply with all organizational E-Systems-related policies and procedures;
  • Participate in  E-Systems policy/procedure development.

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
  • Strong electronic systems experience and technical skills:
  • Ability to independently organize workflow and manage priorities; 
  • Experience with Document Automation such as Pipeline Pilot or similar software;
  • Track record of demonstrating strong analytical skills, high level of accuracy, and attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in typing and transcribing data;
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective problem solving and coordination of information;
  • Ability to demonstrate agility, problem solving, and positive results-orientation while working in a dynamic and changing environment;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Four or more years of relevant experience;
  • Prior experience building and utilizing databases and web-based collaborative platforms;
  • Prior experience utilizing Microsoft Power Platform such as Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps;
  • Prior experience utilizing Spotfire and/or Tableau.

 

 

Domestic relocation may be available for this role.

Visa Sponsorship may be available for this role.

Position will be based in Chesterfield, MO (St. Louis area).

Position may include opportunity to work hybrid role up to 60% remote.
