System Optimization Specialist 

 

 

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

 

The primary responsibilities of this role, System Optimization Specialist, are to:

 

  • Identify, solution, and execute system enhancements to meet regulatory and compliance requirements;
  • Drive system optimization efforts, including ERP operational changes and legal entity integration or alignment;
  • Serve as the functional representative on global digital projects, providing subject matter expertise and insights;
  • Support system operations by developing, testing, and rolling out break-fix solutions;
  • Act as a super user for key product supply solutions like Kinaxis, Fourkites, and Salesforce, aiding business users in daily operations, testing, and training;
  • Manage planning parameters, process specifications, and data upkeep and cleanup efforts.

 

Who You Are:

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • BS degree;
  • High-level subject matter expertise in at least one area of product supply;
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence across all organizational levels;
  • Understanding of project management lifecycle and methodology;
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • BS degree with 2 years of relevant experience or 6+ years of relevant experience;

 

  • Professional knowledge of SAP and preferably at least one of the following IT systems and platforms: Salesforce, Power Automate, FIDO, Kinaxis, Phoenix, and Trade Automation;
  • Experience in developing and implementing system improvements.
