Strategist Junior 

The primary responsibilities of this role, Junior Strategist, are to:    

• Develop scope, manage, and drive complex workflows to enable decision making and execute strategic initiatives in an international and cross-functional setting.
• Communicate complex strategies clearly to diverse audiences in an unbiased, factual manner.
• Derive actionable insights and holistic outcomes from complex information to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
• Develop and analyze scenarios for strategic planning and assess the financial impacts in collaboration with additional stakeholders
• Incorporate competitors and industry trends into strategic planning to identify opportunities and threats.
• Foster innovation and drive new ideas to maintain a competitive edge.
• Identify and manage by influencing key stakeholders, gathering, and interpreting their insights to inform strategy.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships and networks. 

WHO YOU ARE

Required Qualifications:

• Possess a university degree
• Possess strong analytical skills and high ability to think strategically and analytically
• Experience in facilitating strategic projects
• Working knowledge in change management practices
• Demonstrated project management experience with outstanding track record of delivering results
• Ability to frame concepts into persuasive story line • Proven record in documenting initiatives to be utilized in communications to senior decision makers
• Ability to work under high pressure with tight timelines in a regularly changing environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop collaborative relationships
• Exceptionally strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to communicate complex strategies clearly and effectively.
• Fully professional proficient in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters or PhD
