Integrated Portfolio Lead
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role are to:
- Leads and facilitates business planning with field squads as it relates to Y+1 forecasting and current year target tracking for all products offered;
- Connects regularly with customer enabling teams to share consolidated and aggregated plans and ensure that unit plans meet corporate expectations;
- Insures accountability in collaboration with key USS especially the Unit Lead and Finance Lead;
- Coordinates the building and execution of feedback loops into customer enabling teams regarding utilization of demand gen tactics & specific needs to create/achieve business plan like price, product, volume, & MF utilization;
- Acts as a catalyst to develop/enable the CP demand strategy working closely with TDRs, ASL and Unit leads;
- Contingencies among field squads and customer enabling sub teams managed to optimize broad P&L;
- Financial opportunities with actionable recommendations clearly understood and communicated to squads;
- Profitability focused, including cost and COGS such as obsolescence and excessive returns coaching to support squad and Unit P&L targets;
- Supports development of portfolio contingency plans to achieve revenue target.
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required:
- Demonstrated experience in technical sales, agronomy, product management or related fields;
- Proven financial acumen and willingness to continue to develop skill set to drive both top and bottom-line growth;
- Agility in both the creation and execution of a complex plan in a very dynamic marketplace;
- Excellent communication skills for agile audiences and environments;
- Very strong strategic thinking and long-term planning abilities;
- Very strong business acumen, critical thinking skills, ability to influence without authority;
- Fluency in advanced Excel skills and data management tools;
- Ability to achieve business results in a relatively autonomous environment without direct supervision;
- Strong self-reliance balanced with humility to seek out experts for the greater good of the business and/or people;
- Willingness and ability to strategically delegate decision making abilities to the lowest level possible.
Preferred:
- Minimum 8 years experience in technical sales, agronomy, product management or related fields.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately between $151,136.00 to $226,704.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc..
