What You Will Do
The Environmental Lead is responsible for leading technical work related to the Environmental Department to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulatory requirements and implementation of related programs integral to supporting the plant and manufacturing operations. Provides guidance and expertise to the manufacturing site, and fosters a safe climate for the employees, community, and the environment to maintain our freedom to operate. This position also serves as the energy manager for the site overseeing the sustainability efforts. The position supports the implementation and execution of environmental programs integral to the system robustness of those programs. The position also provides technical and compliance support for the Muscatine manufacturing plant, including support for new processes, process modifications, and plant experiments.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $101,280.00 - $151,920.00 per year. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Other benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. If selected for this role, the offer may vary based on market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
