Business Process Analyst Transportation Modeling 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and realize new optimization opportunities within BlueYonder TMS Transport Modeler (TMod) to achieve service, cost, sustainability, and automation targets;
• Provide global TMS TMod expertise to improve current business flow, focusing on the North America region and delivering capabilities and projects globally;
• Lead regional alignment of new processes with TMS TMod platform and strategies, seeking synergies and assessing customer business impact before solution deployment;
• Support TMS Champions, SuperUsers, Supply Chain Excellence teams, and Procurement with expertise on current processes and methods related to Transport management;
• Collaborate across geographies and functions to build and continually improve TMS design capabilities;
• Coach individuals across the organization and connected functions;
• Review and approve design, finalize test strategy, test plans, and solution acceptance criteria in coordination with users;
• Maintain, test, and enhance current and future BlueYonder TMS TMod capabilities;
• Drive compliance and improvements to existing processes;
• Communicate and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders on various improvement topics;
• Facilitate change management process overview presentations and act as a subject matter expert for new changes impacting logistics teams and suppliers.

WHO YOU ARE:

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

• Relevant university Master's or Bachelor's degree;
• 3+ years of relevant experience;
• Advanced analytical skills;
• IT, technical, or system architecture background is a plus;
• Dare to challenge the status quo and speak up in a crowd;
• Self-starter with a continuous learning mindset;
• Experience in a logistics environment, preferably in Crop Protection and Row Crops divisions;
• Expertise in Blue Yonder (BY) Transport Management Solution (TMS) is a plus;
• Strong people skills, including communication, training, coaching, and collaboration;
• Networking skills across global groups;
• Ability to push and follow up to achieve intended results;
• Structured process thinking.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $79,520.00 - $119,280.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation (if relevant).  Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc..  This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant s location, market data/ranges, an applicant s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
