Customer Relationship & Marketing Process Lead

Bayer is committed to a flexible hybrid working environment. This is a permanent position based in Canada, preferably in Calgary, Alberta.

What you will do:

Customer Data & Business Processes

  • Consistently drive to improve the processes that generate/populate data
  • Ensure customer data is stored securely and utilized with consent considerations
  • Identify and resolve gaps in data to improve connections with customers allowing Bayer to deliver relevant info to the right customer at the right time
  • Mitigate data transfer inefficiency to save resources and relieve customer frustration
  • Manage relationships with key vendors and act as key IT liaison to ensure timely and functional delivery of applications
  • Connect structural data flows from different sources and displays, to develop new digital customer connections
  • Represent Canada in North American discussions on future implementation strategy & roadmap for customer data applications and tools

Program Management

  • Implement best practices and benchmarking to support program optimization
  • Support management and delivery of unique Unit Supporting Squad / Unit level programming to drive customer loyalty
  • Oversee the Discount and Rebate Tool (DART) system in Canada to support Freedom to Operate (FTO), tracking and compliance

Who you are:

  • B.A./B.S. Agriculture, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline
  • strong aligned business experience in the Canadian agriculture sector preferred, with preference in Ag Seeds & CP focus areas
  • Thorough understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools, data processes and flow; technicalunderstanding of Bayer's complete portfolio.?
  • Thorough knowledge of the grower customer with understanding of acquisition, cross sell, up sell and loyalty marketing
  • Technically adept and detail-oriented in data management and analysis
  • Experience using digital tools to manage, interpret and leverage data?
  • Willing to challenge the status quo and recommend change to advance business objectives
  • Effective organizational, project management and time management abilities?
  • Able to prioritize effectively and have strong attention to detail?
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams whilesupporting multiple priorities and deadlines?
  • Commitment to co-creation, collaboration and teamwork
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, demonstrating analytical thinking to navigate complex situations with minimal supervision
