Customer Communications Lead
The Customer Communications Lead strives to:
- have customers choose Bayer as their preferred provider for their operation;
- enable customer facing teams to run their local business for the benefit of customers and Bayer; and
- improve Bayer s customer experience and maximize awareness, engagement and the value of the Bayer brand while optimizing ROI through impactful campaigns.

What you will do:
- Lead the development and implementation of communicationstrategies that enhanceawareness, consideration,demand andloyalty for key brands and the overall Bayer portfoliousinga mix of communicationmediums?
- Co-createwith cross functional stakeholders including the Canadian Marketing Community as wellas Product Teams, Market Development, Legal and Regulatory. The goal being to raise alignment and increase the impact of broad foundational components and localized flexible tactics that ensure customer relevance and maximize impact and efficiency?
- Reinforce the Bayer brand experience striving for stakeholders to uphold brand standards and consistency
- Guideinternaland external stakeholders as well as agencyresources toensurepositioning isconsistent withenterprise, brandandmarketing objectives
- Lead development of prioritizedsupportmaterials,advertising andsponsorships
- Lead development of campaigns thatenhancethe launchofnew products and accelerate the growth of prioritizedexisting brands/solutions?
- Lead contentcreationthatsupportsprioritizedcustomer facingactivities. This can include major fieldtours, tradeshows,customer events and other customer focused requirements at the Unit level?
- Managecommunicationplanstodeliver on-timeandwithin definedbudgets while optimizingROI
- Through digital means,actively seekefficient and impactful waystoconnectwith customers both broadly (mass) and targeted
Who you are:
- B.A./B.S.in Agriculture, Marketing, Communications, or Business, with aminimum of 5 years of aligned experience
- Thorough understanding of communications, direct marketing and technicalunderstanding of Bayer s complete portfolio
- Strong knowledge of the grower customer? in Canada
- Effective organizational, project management and time management abilities?
- Able to prioritize effectively and have strong attention to detail?
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams whilesupporting multiple priorities and deadlines?
- Commitment to co-creation, collaboration and teamwork
- Possess a valid Canadian driver s license
