Business Process & Rebate Analyst

This position strives to achieve the following outcomes:

  • Ensure Customers & Business units have confidence in leveraging digital tools for their decision-making

What you will do:

  • Work & collaborate with the assigned customer-facing commercial unit(s), Unit Supporting Squad (USS), and Mission teams to achieve Crop Science Canada business objectives & deliver outcomes
  • Operational Execution: Supports teams to execute rebate programs effectively, ensuring timely and accurate rebate calculations for customer/partner satisfaction and compliance, while maintaining agreed service levels.

  • Data Management and Process Improvement: Ensures accurate customer data and reconciliation activities, conducting complex data analysis and reporting. Drives innovation using new technology to enhance business benefits and executes continuous process and system improvements aligned with long-term strategies.

  • Marketing and Solutions Development: Influences and reviews marketing programs to improve business processes and simplify rebate payouts. Conducts research and root cause analysis of complex issues, developing and recommending solutions for timely resolution.

  • Process Improvement and Optimization: Enable focus on opportunities and areas for improvement to implement continuous improvement methodologies to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity. Oversee the deployment of process improvement projects, ensuring timely execution and measurable results.

  • Ownership: Owns and prioritizes enhancements with strategic business partners, ensuring urgency and on-time deliverables. Contributes to special projects and cross-functional teams across Canada Product Supply, ensuring value delivery to meet business goals and stakeholder needs.

 

Who you are:

  • BS or BA degree required
  • 6+ years of experience working with data analytics within marketing or supply chain programs

Desired

  • Expertise and Influence: Demonstrates expertise in using logic building, creating queries, advanced excel use, working with CRM, Rebate Calculation and ERP (SAP) and other rebate related tools, with broad knowledge in marketing programs, and commercial strategies. Diagnoses root cause and works with and influences multiple functions instilling trust with business partners.
  • Innovates and adopts continuous learning and improving : Manages innovation and stakeholders effectively, performs complex analysis, provides impactful recommendations, and delivers on critical timelines.
  • Collaboration and Development: Collaborates with business partners, fosters diverse relationships, focuses on self-development, and understands complex business processes and system dependencies.
