As a Solar Service Technician you will have the unique opportunity go build hands-on experience in the renewable energy sector. Working individually, in small teams, or crews with our experienced solar technicians, you will assist in the operating, monitoring, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems. We are looking for team members that are self-starters, with a growth oriented mind set and the desire to apply their skills towards a new challenge. Responsibilities:

• 1 + years of relevant experience as a solar technician
• Troubleshoot, reset, and replace solar inverters.
• Assist in solar panel installation and removal.
• Maintain accurate records of installation and maintenance activities.
• Work safely at heights and around electricity and electrical components.
• Work closely and coordinate with other team members.
• Continue learning and demonstrate a willingness to grow in the industry.

Job Requirements:        

• Must have CSA and electrical rated work boots.

• Must have access to general hand tools. Pliers, screwdrivers, cutters, etc.

• Must have a personal vehicle to travel to the shop and/or solar sites.
• Solar and/or commercial service experience is an asset.
• Willing to Travel in Windsor and other nearby sites
• Legally authorized to work full time jobs at Canada
