• Lead all commercial operations for ADM's protein portfolio across EMEA, with full regional P&L accountability.
• Define and execute the strategic direction, market positioning, and growth plans aligned with ADM's global Specialty Ingredients strategy.
• Drive disciplined pricing, margin management, and profitability improvement across all EMEA protein segments.
• Build and embed a culture of commercial excellence across customer-facing teams, ensuring consistent execution and customer engagement.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Product Development, Marketing, and Quality to optimize processes and deliver innovation.
• Collaborating with Finance, develop and implement robust financial models and forecasts, ensuring strong business performance and risk management.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential M&A targets to expand ADM's protein footprint in EMEA.
• Lead the design and execution of go-to-market strategies and marketing plans for all protein categories in the region.
• Coach and develop commercial talent, fostering collaboration, accountability, and inclusion across the regional organization.
• Represent ADM externally, strengthening the company's leadership position and relationships within the EMEA protein industry.

• Proven executive leadership experience with full P&L ownership of a regional or business unit within the food, ingredients, or agricultural sectors.
• Demonstrated success in shaping commercial strategy, driving profitability, and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen, with expertise in pricing, margin management, and forecasting.
• Deep understanding of EMEA market dynamics and customer needs in protein or specialty ingredients.
• Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills across complex, multicultural environments.
• Strategic thinker with operational agility and a hands-on approach to problem solving.
• Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as required.

• Experience in plant-based proteins or other value-added ingredient categories.
• Familiarity with commodity markets and supply chain operations across EMEA.
• Prior involvement in commercial excellence or transformation initiatives.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
