The Role: Plant Utility

Are you looking to start or grow your career in a dynamic, hands-on production environment? Join our team in Vanscoy, SK, as a Plant Utility Worker-a key entry-level role within our lentil/pea processing operations.

You'll gain valuable experience across all plant functions with opportunities to grow into an Operator role over time.

What You'll Do

Learn and perform a variety of plant operations-training provided
Be cross-trained in multiple roles to support operational needs
Troubleshoot equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
Carry out general sanitation duties following food safety protocols (GMP, HACCP)
Handle materials and conduct light maintenance work
Follow all health and safety regulations, including EHS requirements

What You Bring

A strong commitment to safety and the ability to work independently
Clear communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
Comfortable with shift work, overtime, and weekends
Basic computer literacy, good numeracy, and attention to detail
Ambition to grow your career-this role offers potential for advancement

Additional Info

Must successfully complete a pre-employment medical and reference check
