This is an hourly position

This position starts at $18.50 an hour.

Position Summary:

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Utility II in Mill department of Rice Mill.

Job Responsibilities:

Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Assist Miller in maintenance and sanitation of machinery
  • Maintain neat and clean work station
  • Rotate shifts weekly
  • Communicate well with colleagues/Management efficiently
  • Ensuring safe operations
  • Enforcement of all ADM policies and procedures
  • Assist in completing JSA's
  • Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures.
  • Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values
  • Ability to manage a diverse team
  • Able to communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Assist in development of SOP's and Work Instructions
  • Train new hires
  • Can work overtime each day
  • All other duties assigned by management
Qualifications
  • Ability work under pressure, well with others
  • Good attendance.
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Must not be afraid of heights
  • Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures
  • Respectful, positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Must possess excellent leadership, team building, problem solving, time managing, and organizational skills
  • Bilingual is a plus
