An opportunity has arisen for a Trading Administrator based in Chelmsford, Essex. This is a fixed-term contract for 6 months to cover maternity leave, with the possibility of extension to 9 months if required. The main purpose of the role is to provide administration/logistics support to the Trading desk and Shipping Manager.
Liaising with sites and traders as to weekly delivery requirements.
Assist in daily communications between traders, sites and suppliers with regards to problem solving any daily issues associated with the delivery of wheat.
Allocating and monitoring wheat-feed customer collections.
Monitor the shared inboxes, ensuring all mails are dealt with appropriately in a timely and efficient manner.
Assisting the Shipping Manager with imported wheat administration tasks.
Any other ad hoc general tasks.
Your Profile
General administration skills
A levels or 5 GCSEs grade C or above (or Equivalent), including Maths & English
Good telephone manner
Good organisational and communication skills
Computer literate in excel, word and outlook
Team player.
