Trade Administrator is responsible to ensure timely and accurate order management and data entry in order to maximize accuracy, efficiency, and profitability by preparing any related trading documents in timely manner, doing data entry accurately, handle shipment and delivery process etc,.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for checking and issuing contracts and the execution of trades, including preparation and presentation of documents
  • Prepare documents with letters of credit and present to relevant parties
  • Capture and collect related trade data which will be use as sources to prepare any related report
  • Ensure related documents to meet contractual obligations to ensure shipping instruction process is managed accurately
  • Monitor customers account receivable performance
  • Support FX hedging process to provide risk control
  • Manage Import permit & government related actual report
  • Prepare spreadsheet of sold grains such as soybean, etc.
  • Support ad hoc duties by collaborate with any related teams to solve issue that arise
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor degree from Economics, Business Administration, Agribusiness, or related major
  • Have minimum 1-3 years of working experience in Agricultural Commodities (Soybean, Corn, Soybean Meal, Corn Gluten Meal, etc.) Trading Operations
  • Have good knowledge and experience of shipping process
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Highly accurate
  • Highly organized and able to do multi-tasking
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office application especially Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in Power BI would be an advantage
  • Have experience with enterprise software and large complex organizations
  • Have excellence communication skills both in English & Bahasa
