Tolling Manager has responsibilities to overseeing the daily operations of The Toll Aquafeed Mill Facilities in order to ensure the aquafeed is produced and finished effective, efficient, and meet ADM standard by manage all aspect of the tolling operations on quality, inventory and production.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet production schedules and ensure aquafeed production in accordance with ADM operating procedures, policies and quality specifications
  • Address any significant operational issues that arise at the Toller & investigate complaints and ensure resolution through the appropriate interfaces
  • Responsible on the demand and raw material planning of the toll mill facilities
  • Maintain a tolling supply base delivering production flexibility and reliability at a competitive total cost
  • Make streamline coordination with Procurement, Supply Chain, or related department for the material planning, production scheduling, warehousing and logistics
  • Report and manage any significant, continuing risks and compliance gaps
  • Ensure accuracy on production data, inventory, and quality control measures of The Toll Feed Mill Facilities
  • Ensure The Toll Feed Mill Facilities comply with safety and regulatory standards
Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from Fisheries & Marine Studies, Industrial Engineering, or related major and
  • Have minimum 5 years in-job related experiences in Aquafeed mill management
  • Have excellent understanding on Aquafeed processing standards and regulations
  • Have excellent understanding of Aquafeed formulation, technology and processes
  • Have working experience in a aquafeed manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Committed and customer-oriented team player
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
  • Able to build and maintain good coordination with internal & external stakeholder
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
