• You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our toll feed mill facility/ies. Manage all aspect of the tolling operations on quality, inventory and production.
• You will be responsible on the demand and raw material planning of the toll mill facilities, communicate with Procurement and Supply Chain for the material planning, production scheduling, warehousing and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Monitor tolling performance and coordinate with tolling partners.
• Maintain accuracy on production data, inventory, and quality control measures.
• Meet production schedules and ensure feed production in accordance with company operating procedures, policies and quality specifications. This position will lead ADM full-time employees and partner with the tolling partners. This role will report to ADM Plant Manager.

• Bachelor's degree and proven experience in feed mill management or a related field.
• Understanding on feed processing standards and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic and cross-functional domestic and international environment and are open to change.
