Your Responsibilities
  • Lead beverage product development projects for major international customers, driving the entire innovation workflow from concept creation to factory production and final market launch.
  • Independently manage assigned projects; conduct customer visits to deeply understand needs and translate them into feasible product concepts and technical solutions.
  • Develop and optimize formulations for non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverage applications, ensuring high sensory performance and technical feasibility.
  • Provide on-site technical support during pilot plant trials and factory scale-ups, ensuring smooth and efficient commercialization.
  • Prepare, manage, and maintain formulas and relevant product documentation according to GLP and ISO requirements.
  • Troubleshoot formulation or process-related issues for internal teams and customers; collaborate with regional sales teams to support key clients and achieve business targets.
  • Ensure effective cross-functional communication throughout project execution, involving R&D, application, commercial, operations, and quality teams.
  • Support department manager in technical training and development of new team members.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, or related fields.
  • Solid hands-on experience in beverage product development, with strong sensory acuity and the ability to evaluate and optimize taste, aroma, and mouthfeel.
  • Factory or production experience in beverage manufacturing is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in beverage companies or flavor houses; experience serving major global customers is a plus.
  • Excellent English skills, able to communicate clearly and professionally with international customers.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage complex technical discussions.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and passionate about driving projects from concept to commercialization.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related tools for documentation, data analysis, and presentation.
