The Job

This position holder is responsible for deploy technologies support interactions with clients and prospective customers to monitor product performance within customer farming environment. You will also overview product management in order to fully optimize product portfolio (SKU rationalization and new product development, as well as product formulation in strong coordination with Aquaculture formulation at global level (CD&D). In this role, you will ensure that new technologies and products are utilized to provide competitive customer focused solutions. This position cover both Aquafeed and early nutrition.

Your Responsibilities

Business Support:

• Facilitate commercial prospecting and monitor product performance for key product/customer

• Support Implementation of market strategy via a product development & launches.

• Conducted extensive market research and competitive analysis in order to comprehend the product value proposition and communicate it effectively.

• Develop product positioning and messaging in order to increase product visibility and differentiation in the marketplace.

• provide pricing and feature recommendations to cross-functional teams and management.

• Provide customers with the primary message of the new technology/product

• Construct and direct the technical team in order to accomplish objectives (strategic and commercial deployment).

• Provide technical animation and customer service support to the Aqua teams.

• Assist sales representatives in comprehending and resolving intricate customer concerns

Customer Centric:

• Develop and sustain productive customer relationships in order to retain current clients and acquire new ones.

• Seminars, training, and technical assistance

Commercial Product:

• Construct and validate new products in accordance with food or product safety regulations and technological advancements that support strategic marketing.

• Develop, monitor, and report on all regional or local technical activities.

• Assist clients in selecting the most suitable product mix by utilizing in-depth product knowledge and client requirements to ensure that they are aware of the complete array of features and benefits offered by the products.

• Contribute to the process of innovation and creation in order to establish new products and services in response to market and customer demands.

NPI & formulation

Application of ADM Aquaculture's feeding and animal nutrition technology to the client in order to demonstrate the company's worth by leveraging the client's expertise in aquaculture animal nutrition
Advocate for the adoption and integration of emerging technologies that enhance the agricultural setting and operational strategies.
Suggest research themes to the international R&D team.
Propose and execute technical trials in collaboration with local technical teams on the customer's farm.
Serve as the link between the requirements of our customers and the most effective utilization of our products and services.
Facilitate key account customer management and approaches
Developing and maintaining grading systems and farm service procedures
Support formulation management for all the Aquafeed portfolio
Overview and manage quality control for raw materials and finish product
