To generate new leads and sales opportunities and working with existing customers by providing technical support and business assistance to grow ADM Animal Nutrition business in the assigned territory.
Your Responsibilities:
Executes all sales and marketing strategies as mandated by immediate management.
Provides technical assistance to all product users in both pre-set schedule or on call service.
Closely monitors the sales of all dealers/sub-dealers and users in your assigned area and ensures that all target quotas are met.
Ensures the consistent supply of ADM Animal Nutrition products in your assigned territory and ensure that the Minimum Retail Price (MRP) is strictly implemented.
Monitors both physical appearance and product performance of all products from store outlets to end-users. Taking note of all changes/complaints and reporting them immediately to your immediate supervisor and concerned department.
Opens new store/POS and actively works on farm conversion to increase the company's market share.
Actively involves in organizing and participating in vet missions, seminars, store opening, sales caravans and other related demand-creation activities.
Attends meetings, conferences, workshops and training sessions and reviews publications and audio - visual materials to become and remain current on the principles, practices and new developments in assigned work areas.
Regular submission of reports as mandated by the management.
Performs any other additional projects or other duties assigned by the District or Regional Sales Manager.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in the performance of duty.
Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or any related course
Experience in technical sales
Must be well-organized and goal-oriented
Good problem solving and interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills
Self-starter
Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
